Featuring a mix of ceramic pharmacy jars, labeled medicine containers, and smoky glass bottles, this set captures the fascinating history of early medicine and pharmacy displays.
The blue and green ceramic apothecary jars are made by Officinale Mandragora and are trimmed with 22K gold. These are truly collectible items and are hand numbered on the bottom. For size reference, these stand 8.5” tall and 3” wide.
Also included is a Darvon Compound 65 apothecary jar. Also a highly collectible piece, this jar is in good condition with no chips or breaks.
Other pieces include old lavendar milk glass medicinal bottles, cream jars and even an ornate stopper. There is even a small bottle labeled MILKWEED that has a matching lavendar stopped in it.
